Using No Peeking.

Thoughtful help, with you in control

No Peeking helps you discover gifts, plan buying and curate wishlists. AI output can be incomplete or unsuitable. Review the exact product/option, seller, price, availability and delivery before buying. The retailer supplies your purchase and uses its own checkout, delivery and returns process.

Opening a retailer link does not buy anything, mark an item bought or change a reservation. Some labelled links may earn a commission; see our affiliate disclosure. Budget warnings do not prevent actions, and recorded spending is information you choose to enter.

Accounts, lists and sharing

Keep sign-in details and private reservation links secure. Only provide information you have a reason to use. Do not misuse the service, submit harmful content or try to access someone else’s private records. A shared list link can be forwarded by anyone who has it; choose who receives it.

A reservation uses the name/email supplied by its shopper without requiring an account or email verification. Holds expire after seven days unless marked bought; bought status is a shopper report and not a retailer payment confirmation.

Free, Plus and AI requests

Free includes one active occasion, one wishlist and the monthly AI allowance shown on Plans. Plus costs A$10 per month and includes unlimited occasions and wishlists, with the larger AI allowance shown on Plans. AI requests are shared across the three tools; your current balance and reset time appear in Plan & usage. Complimentary accounts granted by us have unlimited occasions, wishlists and AI requests, free until revoked. Pro is not currently offered.

Plus renews automatically each month until cancelled. The total price is A$10 per month; we are not registered for GST and do not add GST. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Use Plan & usage to turn off renewal; paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. If a payment fails, content access can continue for a seven-day payment-recovery period, but a new paid AI allowance requires confirmed payment. Unused AI requests do not roll over.

A batch with any valid gift suggestions consumes one AI request, even if fewer than three are returned. Empty/failed batches do not consume an allowance request. There is no rollover. Saving a list, opening a retailer or retrying a completed identical request does not purchase extra AI usage.

Changes, deletion and help

Archiving the usable Free occasion frees its active slot; restoring requires capacity. Older paid-era lists may become read-only until renewal when Plus ends. Account deletion immediately disables normal access and sharing, with a seven-day recovery window. Recovery keeps sharing off and renewal cancelled until explicitly enabled again.

Contact hello@nopeeking.io or use Contact about a problem with No Peeking, a billing error or a refund request. Include enough detail for us to review the issue, without sending card details or passwords. We assess requests and provide remedies where required by Australian Consumer Law. Turning off renewal stops future charges; contact us separately if you also need a refund reviewed. Retailer order, delivery and product-return requests should go to the retailer. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify consumer rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
